1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made before the order is processed or dispatched.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
  • If the cancellation is approved before dispatch, the eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
  • Orders that have already been delivered cannot be cancelled and will be handled according to the applicable return policy.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible products where the item:

We may request photographs or other information to assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, return, refund, or another suitable resolution.

5. Non-Returnable Products

Any product-specific return restrictions will be communicated on the product page or at the time of purchase.
